Sharing this recipe is difficult for me. I've kept it a secret for so long because I've always feared that if I told any one, they'd…    …surpass me in the race to be the skinniest [big grimmace]. Does that sound weird to you?

It's kinda like a chocolate mousse that's actually good for you! I'm not even kidding, ya'll. I know it sounds all oxymoron-ish but check out the specs:

Serving Size 1/2 cup; Calories 100; Total Fat 0g; Total Carb 15g (Sugars 7g); Protein 15g

First, you'll need a tub of 0% Greek Yogurt (I prefer Fage brand, pictured is Oikos brand) & a box of Chocolate Fudge Fat-free, Sugar-free Jell-O Instant Pudding, a bowl and a spoon.

Scoop a 1/2 cup of yogurt into the bowl.

Sprinkle approximately 1/4 package of Jell-O instant pudding mix into the bowl. (How much of this you put in is actually up to you. You can add more or less to taste)

Stir with spoon until ingredients are mixed well and looks like this:

Voila! A one-minute, healthy-for-you chocolate mousse that really is that good. Bon Appetit!

    1. I promise to never ever beat you in the race.
    2. I love fage Greek yoghurt
    3. I am not sure if there is chocolate pudding to be had in the country. I’ll look into it.

    1. I appreciate it. Although I think I’ve quit the race.
    2. Isn’t it the best?
    3. Perhaps I can mail you some? Or would it be sacrilege to send such an abomination (as I would imagine Jell-O would be considered in) to THE FOOD MECCA OF THE UNIVERSE.

    3. I totally appreciate the thought. But, I have to check a few stores before I accept it. I would hate to make a fuss only to find that it is readily available and I’m just blind.
